I’ll start with an argument, pointed by Toni as one of the contents, the question of the income, an ipothesis not fully verified.
An argument which starting from its suggestive strength, transfomed itself in a kind of refrain.
The question of the income was posed from the beginning of the 90’s as an horizon for the program.
We should start thinking at the income starting from the ability of redefining all the topics pointed out by Toni.

“We start from the changing of a phase, we are in a competely new phase. To stay in the moltitude we have to state that autonomy is a tactical choice.
Moltitude is not representable, and this puts the the problem of building new crosspoints where to elaborate confrontation and political choice. We can no longer set forms of representation to be stable or general. This is the reason of Nairobi’s Social Forum’ failure.
We need to understand which are the forms of organisation able to fit such a kind of field:
pacts, agreements on struggles, because the field of condivision doesn’t include a mediation in its inside.

The authoritarian and deeply hostile side of the governance was successfully described and this removed all ambiguities from it.
Unilateralism and muoltilateralism are usual names of the market. Mulipolar is a new order of capitalism, is the mature way of the empire. Movements organize theirselves really to fight the governance.
We have known the governance in past, in the era in which reformism was possible.
Governance is now on the biopolitical field, when reformism is no longer possible!.
