Today a symbolic action took place at the Bombodrom in Kyritz-Ruppiner Heide district, which a kilometres away from Heilegendamm. The Bombodrom was occupied for some hours. People have been boycotting the use of the former DDR Bombodrom by German army since 1992.
During the action a tower was painted in pink and some banner stating “Stop the war” were hanged.
Today in the morning there also was the press conference that presented all counter summit initiatives. During the conference activists denounced the dramatic limitation of freedom of movement against demonstrators that are trying to reach Rostock.
Tomorrow is the day of the first international demonstration. There are to be two different meeting points from 12.00 p.m.
